There is a full time Resident Manager on site plus 2 cleaners to assist in maintaining 246 units at Cedar Glen Apartments. This is a part-time role and would be ideal for someone who enjoys cleaning and has previous customer service experience. The compensation for this role is based on rent benefit. Responsibilities: - Cleaning, showing of units and minor maintenance - Tenant relations, inquires and rental calls while on-call - Shared on call duties - Building and maintaining positive professional tenant relationships Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role - Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision - Previous customer service experience is considered an asset - Strong communication skills, both written and oral Application: Please fill out our online application form at
