Victoria St. Garden

Anyone interested in gardening should know that there is a lovely garden on Victoria St. at the corner of Elgin St. This was an empty lot that residents cleaned up and converted to a flower garden.

The garden is there for the enjoyment of everyone, please make the most of life and enjoy it.

If you have an interest in gardening, then stop by the garden and feel free to add perennials, weed it, mow it, add some bright colored rocks or planters etc. This is OUR garden and WE need to manage it.

Many people have said that this garden wouldn't last, well this is the 3rd year and nobody has bothered it.

This garden has been adopted by a first time gardener and her children. They have been planting new flowers, pulling weeds and rearranging to make thing look better.
