Before building on marshy, bogged areas they drive piles until they reach bedrock, than after they have been drove as far as the possibly can, they attach the concrete forms and the structure of these buildings to the piles. There is no possible way that it is sinking due to being on a marsh, the only way that it would move is if the bedrock was doing so, and the only way the bedrock would move is if there was an earthquake, or some other earth shattering event. Just so you know.
